I have a big double room with walk in wardrobe availabe for 3ish weeks from end of June to mid-July (dates are negotiable by 1 or 2 days!). The flat couldn't be more central - we are a 10 min walk from both Princes St and Leith walk. From both you can catch a bus to any part of Edinburgh. The flat is big and over two floors - my/your room is on the second floor, right next to the shower room. The kitchen is small but functional and we're lucky to have a huge living room with dining table which is great for socialising. There is a bathroom and showerroom. You would be sharing with 4 other tenants who are all respectful and very friendly. We would prefer if you were a non-smoker but if you are a smoker, you would have to go outside. The room itself has a big desk and chair, an armchair, a walk in wardobe with built in shelves and a rail, two bookshelves and a big double bed. The room has a great view of Calton Hill and faces onto quiet gardens so is really quiet except the occasional bird singing! I am looking for someone from around 21st of June until the 12th of June so exactly 3 weeks.
